Support and Donations
Financial contributions to support the ongoing growth of St. Oswald’s and its liturgical and outreach activities can be made in at least two different ways. They are:
- Contributions to our regular Planned Giving program.
- Donations to our tax deductible Music program through MACO.
Planned Giving
St. Oswald’s has a planned giving program whereby regular worshippers and friends and supporters can make regular contributions to maintain the parish and its community outreach activities.
Such contributions help to pay for the Vicar’s stipend, pastoral care activities, our support of missions, and the management and maintenance of our Vicarage, church building and hall.
Planned giving can be arranged through monthly envelopes, but it is preferable if contributions are made through regular bank transfers.

The Melbourne Anglican Cultural Organisation (MACO)
MACO is an organisation to which tax deductible donations can be made to support the music at St. Oswald’s. The history of music in our church goes back to the church’s creation in 1925. The Music Fund seeks to support all aspects of the music programme in the worship at our church. The value of maintaining this great tradition is an important aspect of worship at St Oswald's.
Donations to the music programme assist with improvements to the beautiful Knud Smenge tracker action pipe organ, the ongoing viability of our choir, the purchase of music, and the organ and piano maintenance and tuning. It also supports the maintenance of a high standard of music in worship, including special services for Advent, Holy Week, Easter and Christmas.
Donations through MACO are greatly welcomed.
