Sinhalese Services

St. Oswald’s holds a church service in Sinhalese on the first Sunday of each month at 5.00pm. The service includes hymns sung in Sinhalese.

The service is led by our Vicar at St. Oswald’s, Fr Malinda de Mel, who until late in 2025 was the minister in charge of the Holy Emmanuel church in Moratuwa. Fr Mal is a fluent Sinhalese speaker and welcomes all in the local Sri Lanka community and others to these services.
