The Ravin’ Ramblers

Ravin' Ramblers have been walking since the group started in 2001. It began with the parishioners of St Oswald’s and now embraces people from other churches, and those with no church at all. We are friendly and inclusive, and we love having new people to join us, so we encourage everyone to bring their friends along.

The walks range from quite easy to a little more strenuous, but most walks will accommodate all levels of walkers. We certainly aim to include anyone with an interest in walking, and the outdoors, to join us. The walks are arranged by members of the group and can be local or a bit further afield.

Usually we have a picnic lunch when we arrive where the walk begins, and after the walk we have coffee nearby.

If you don’t fancy a walk at all, you can always join us for lunch!
